Cancellation Policy

At Shivara, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please review the following policy.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If your order has not been dispatched, we will process the cancellation.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders can also be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, they cannot be cancelled.
